What this combines
The certificate details from the certificate checker and the protocol sweep from the TLS version checker, in one page, for when the question is "how is this server's TLS actually set up" rather than one specific fact about it.
The negotiated cipher suite
Shown separately from the protocol-support list: this is what the server and this checker actually agreed to use on a normal connection, not forced to any particular version. On TLS 1.3 this is one of a small, deliberately narrowed set of strong suites (TLS 1.3 removed the ability to negotiate weak ciphers entirely, unlike 1.2).
Reading it as a whole
A well-configured server: a currently valid certificate with a complete chain, TLS 1.2 and/or 1.3 available, and old versions (1.0/1.1) either disabled or, at minimum, not the only option offered.
