What this does
Rotate any page left or right in 90-degree steps, apply the same rotation to all pages or just odd/even ones, with mixed rotation values across a document fully supported, plus an undo/reset.
Saved into the file, not just displayed
The chosen rotation is written into each page's actual rotation property in the output PDF - it is not a viewer-only visual rotation that would be lost when the file is reopened elsewhere.
How it works
Processed on the server with Syncfusion.Pdf.Net.Core, in memory only - nothing is written to disk or retained after the response.
