What is checked

The four Open Graph properties every sharing platform expects - og:title, og:type, og:image, og:url - plus twitter:card, with duplicate tags flagged (a page with two og:title tags leaves it to the platform to guess which one is meant).

Twitter/X falls back to Open Graph

A page with no Twitter Card tags at all is not necessarily broken for X - X falls back to reading Open Graph tags when its own are absent. A dedicated twitter:card is flagged as a recommendation, not a hard requirement, for that reason.
