Unlike a summarizer, which pulls out the main points of a longer text, the shortener keeps your text's purpose and voice and just makes it leaner.
How to use it
Set a realistic target: cutting a paragraph by a third usually keeps everything important, while cutting it to a tenth turns it into a summary. For hard limits, generate, count, then use Shorter again if you are still over.
