What this builds

A manifest.json covering name, short_name, start_url, scope, display mode, theme and background colors, and 192x192/512x512 icon declarations, along with the <link rel="manifest"> tag to add to your page's <head>.

Entirely client-side

Nothing you enter is sent to a server - the file is assembled in your browser and only leaves it when you copy or download it. This tool does not upload or store icon files; provide URLs to icons you have already hosted.
