This licence is an agreement between you and Reliable Software Technology
("the Licensor"). By installing or using the font software you accept it. If
you do not accept it, do not install or use the font software.


1. FREE PERSONAL USE

The Licensor grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to
download, install and use the font software for personal, non-commercial
purposes.

"Personal, non-commercial use" means use by an individual for private purposes
that do not earn money and do not promote a business or organisation - for
example personal letters, invitations, school or study work, and hobby
projects that are not sold.

Personal non-commercial web use. The licensee may self-host the supplied,
unmodified WOFF2 files on websites personally owned and controlled by the
licensee, provided those websites are entirely non-commercial. This permission
does not allow publishing the font as a downloadable asset, serving it as a
public font service or CDN, hotlinking it for unrelated websites, sharing the
font files, or permitting third-party reuse. Commercial, client,
organizational, advertising-supported, subscription, donation-generating or
revenue-generating websites require a separate commercial webfont licence.


2. COMMERCIAL USE REQUIRES A SEPARATE LICENCE

This licence does NOT permit commercial use. Commercial use requires a separate
paid commercial licence from the Licensor. Commercial use includes, without
limitation, any use:

  - by or for a business, company, organisation or institution;
  - in client work, or in work you are paid for;
  - in products, merchandise, publications or services that are sold;
  - in advertising, marketing, logos, branding or packaging;
  - on a business website, or in an application, game, e-book or other
    software that is distributed or sold.

Commercial licences are not yet available. To register interest, contact the
Licensor through https://a2z.tools/contact-us. Downloading the font from
a2z.tools does not grant commercial rights.


3. RESTRICTIONS

Under this licence you may not:

  - redistribute, share, give away or lend the font files;
  - upload the font files to any other website, font website, repository,
    file-sharing service or marketplace;
  - sell, resell, rent, lease or sublicense the font files;
  - modify, adapt, convert, rename or create derivative fonts from the font
    files;
  - remove or change the copyright and licence information in the font files
    or in this licence.

4. ATTRIBUTION

Attribution is not required.


5. BETA STATUS

Version 0.100 is a BETA release. It has not completed final production review.
Hindi/Devanagari support is EXPERIMENTAL and native review is pending; it is not
claimed to be correct or complete for Hindi or for any other language.


6. OWNERSHIP

The font software is licensed, not sold. Reliable Software Technology retains
all rights, title and interest in it. Editable sources, build tools and
internal reports are not part of this licence and are not distributed.


7. NO WARRANTY

The font software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of any script or language. To the extent
permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the
use of, or inability to use, the font software.


8. TERMINATION

This licence ends automatically if you break any of its terms. When it ends you
must stop using the font software and delete every copy you hold.
